The integrated control electronics with SmartDrive Technology allows for sensorless commutation or operation with Hall sensors. And with us, individual solutions, simple integration and comprehensive functionality are a matter of course.

Modular Electronics

The intelligent electronics provide opportunities that go far beyond simply controlling the motor windings. Control signals can be provided to the drive either via analogue interfaces or an integrated bus. Modbus is the default, and it is also used for parameterization. The electronics has a modular design and can be quickly and easily extended with additional functions. Possible is commutation without sensors or with Hall sensors. In the support area or here you get the current version of the software MotorManager for parameterization of the electronics.

Motor-Manager

MotorManager is used for all ROMOTION BLDC motors with built-in control. It serves to adapt ROMOTION uniquely to the respective application. Download the PDF manual for the MotorManager here.

ROMOTION with planetary gears

Our planetary gear transmissions are characterized by their excellent performance-to-size ratio and durability under long-term loads. Due to their outstanding performance when coupled with our synchronous motors, they form a highly compact and efficient drive unit.

ROMOTION with worm gears

Our motors with worm gear transmissions are used to deflect forces by 90° where space is scarce or wherever a second shaft end is needed. Optionally, our worm gears are available with hollow shafts.
