Planetary gears have an excellent degree of efficiency

Our planetary gear transmissions are characterized by their excellent performance-to-size ratio and durability under long-term loads. Their robustness, low-maintenance needs, and range of variants make them ideal for the most demanding applications. 

They are available in sizes 42 mm, 52 mm and 62 mm. Translations to 308:1 and permitted high drive torque up to 50 Nm are possible. For short periods they can be overloaded by 50 %.

Gears Q, P and R

All in three versions (1-3 stage). At customers’ request all planetary gears are deliverable with special shafts, flanges and lubrication or with a IP53 degree of protection. Due to their outstanding performance, when coupled with our synchronous motors they form a highly compact and efficient drive unit. Additionally, if noise is a primary concern, a low-noise variant is available.
