LOW-NOISE MOTORs ROSLYDE
Smooth running and low-vibration
When noise is the primary concern, our ROSLYDE motors are the ideal solution. Our SmoothDrive Technology allows our motors to run with low-vibration and low-noise.
This makes them the motor of choice for laboratory and domestic applications such as wood-burning stoves and rotary heat exchangers. For this reason, the self-holding torque typical of synchronous motors is reduced to a minimum.

WANT TO CONFIGURE YOUR COMPONENTS YOURSELF?
Mechanical quality and smooth running play an important role if a small electric motor is to operate steadily and quietly. Read here how Rotek achieves this.
There are applications where disturbing noises are undesirable. A particularly quiet synchronous motor combined with special gear solutions provides a remedy. (article in German)
Here you will find the assembly instructions for our synchronous motors. If you have any questions our sales department will be happy to assist you.
Gears suitable for ROSLYDE
ROSLYDE with spur gears
Their many customisation options and gear ratios make them suitable for use in a wide range of applications, from equipment manufacturing to heavy-duty industrial environments.
ROSLYDE with planetary gears
Special features of our planetary gear transmissions include their excellent performance-to-size ratio and durability under long-term loads. With high efficiency rates of ROSLYDE they conserve energy and are particularly silent.
ROSLYDE with worm gears
Our motors with worm gear transmissions are used to deflect forces by 90° when space is scarce or wherever a second shaft end is needed. Optionally our worm gears are available with hollow shafts.
