Rosync motors and ROTEK planetary gearboxes
They can be ideally combined with the new energy-saving motors from the ROSYNC series to form a highly efficient and compact drive unit for the most demanding requirements.
The simultaneous engagement of three planetary gears per stage allows the highest forces to be transmitted in the smallest installation space. The gearboxes are available in sizes 42 mm, 52 mm and 62 mm.
Gear ratios of up to 308:1 and permissible output torques of up to 50 Nm are possible. The gearboxes can be overloaded by 50 per cent for short periods. Optimum power density with permanent load capacity is another plus point.
For applications where disturbing operating noises are undesirable, they are available in a particularly quiet version. On customer request, all planetary gearboxes are available with special shafts and flanges, special lubrication and protection class IP53.
