Motor configurator simplifies drive selection
The customer is looking for a drive solution with at least 5 Nm in a speed range of 15 to 40 rpm. A standard domestic connection with 1~230 V is available.
It is advisable to limit the search range for the torque upwards so that the actuator is not dimensioned larger than necessary.
How the configurator works
- The two ROBASE helical gearbox configurations ROBASE 86.2-G33.3 and ROBASE 86.2-V33.3 are particularly durable and cost-effective. The G, V and W gearbox types differ in their maximum permissible torque.
- The ROSLYDE motor-gearbox variants are particularly suitable for applications where the highest demands are placed on smooth running.
- A ROSYNC motor is the recommendation if maximum efficiency and therefore energy efficiency are important. The ROSYNC 84.2-S55 shown here is a configuration with worm gear. It is used when a 90 degree force deflection is required.
