From the beginning of 2023, Rotek began to reorganise structures, processes and responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0ae796 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e0ae796\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The time of the Covid19 pandemic had led to new ways of working. This drove hybrid solutions. Processes from the past were questioned and reorganised. This is how a digital work culture developed at Rotek.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>But that's not all. Employees only feel involved if they are integrated into the processes. This has a positive impact on job satisfaction and productivity. Working together has always played an important role at Rotek.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><em>\"We have a culture of trust without performance targets. However, this also includes a working environment in which employees feel valued. It is intended as a place for informal dialogue. Perhaps some creative ideas will emerge here. A few pieces of play equipment, perhaps table football, table tennis and a Playstation will provide relaxation during the breaks.<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcb1231 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dcb1231\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the offices were refurbished three years ago, we thought together with the employees about what an appropriate interior concept could look like. This led us to the topic of New Work.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We are currently expanding our site for space reasons. In addition to offices, storage space and production rooms, there will also be new social rooms.
