Corporate culture as a plus

It is not the technology that has the highest priority, but our employees

After years of rapid growth – the workforce had doubled in two to three years – things calmed down again. From the beginning of 2023, Rotek began to reorganize structures, processes and responsibilities.

The Covid19 pandemic led to new ways of working. This drove hybrid solutions. Processes from the past were questioned and reorganized. This is how a digital work culture developed at Rotek.

But that is not everything. Employees only feel involved if they are integrated into the processes. This has a positive impact on job satisfaction and productivity. Working together has always played an important role at Rotek.

“We have a culture of trust without performance targets. However, this also includes a working environment in which employees feel valued. That’s why Rotek is constantly receiving applications from people who want to work for us.” Rolf Treusch
